Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
The Xestando connector works with a Xestando account on a plan that includes API access. The connection signs in with OAuth 2.0 and can never do more than the person who signed in can do in the web application, in the single organization they signed in to.
Three things surprise people the first time:
- Some actions answer 202, not 200. Emailing an invoice, reporting it to VERI*FACTU or TicketBAI and requesting a signature create an operation that waits for human approval. Nothing leaves the company until someone approves it in Xestando. Use Get operation with the returned id to find out how it ended.
- Approvals expire. Most expire after 30 minutes, and usage billing approvals after 24 hours. An expired operation is never executed; running the action again creates a new one.
- There are no triggers yet. The first release ships actions only. Flows poll with the search actions until outbound webhooks are available.
Error responses follow Problem Details (RFC 9457). Branch on the code field, which is stable, rather than on the message text, which is still written in Spanish.
